This fun, but more concentrated class follows the popular introduction to Shakespeare Studies, "Shakespeare I," with a comprehensive study of fewer plays, examining topics relevant to both Shakespeare's day and now. The class will include an in-depth study of two different plays and be conducted as an online seminar. The class format consists of an initial lecture and a facilitated student-led discussion. Students should have some prior experience with Shakespeare's works and language.
