« back to classes page
Learn and apply cutting edge neuroscience to turn stress and anxiety into resilience and success in testing environments, school and life.

Using direct feedback, we demonstrate what is happening within your heart and how you have control over what is happening. In a few short sessions, participants and children can feel and apply the techniques to see improvement in their stress-response. The outcomes have been astounding and improved testing anxiety, classroom behaviors, confidence, leadership and self-regulation.

This is a fun and engaging class that will give you confidence to share these practices with all in your life and especially the children.
