An experiential workshop focused on creating a personal refuge for well-being and resilience during the stressful holiday season. Cultivate the ability to stay grounded, emotionally regulated, and joyfully engaged in activities and celebrations even during times of challenge and overwhelm. This takes reflection, conversation, inner strength, and self awareness. Resources include music, movement, neuroscience, breath work, journaling, nature, reflective practices, and visioning. Participants leave with meaningful practices and increased insight they can continue to apply in daily life.
