Qigong with Michael Larson

Qigong is a gentle, flowing practice that uses simple, intentional movements combined with breath awareness to help energize and harmonize the body’s internal systems. Rooted in traditional Chinese wellness practices, qigong supports healthy circulation and balanced energy flow while calming the nervous system. Participants can expect to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and muscle tone, while also cultivating relaxation, mental clarity, and focus. Movements are slow and accessible, making this practice suitable for all fitness levels. No prior experience is necessary, just come ready to move, breathe, and restore.

Michael, began teaching qigong in 2019.  He is certified to teach several different styles of qigong and recently began teaching a beginner tai chi form.
