Discover yoga as more than a physical practice. In this welcoming 10-week series, you'll explore yoga's guiding principles for living with greater awareness, compassion, balance, and purpose.

Each 90-minute class combines discussion, self-reflection, and an accessible yoga practice inspired by one of these timeless teachings. Together, you'll discover practical ways to strengthen relationships, cultivate self-awareness, and bring greater intention into everyday life.
Whether you're new to yoga philosophy or looking to deepen your practice, this series welcomes all experience levels. These universal principles are not tied to any religion or belief system but offer practical tools that can enrich daily life for people of all backgrounds.

Each session includes:
•    An introduction to one guiding principle
•    Guided discussion and personal reflection
•    A yoga practice inspired by the weekly theme
•    Practical ways to apply the concepts beyond the mat
•    Opportunities for questions and community connection

By the end of the series, you'll have practical tools to help bring greater balance, resilience, and presence into your daily life, both on and off the mat.
