Join chef Bernhard as he takes you through a variety of his favorite charcuterie meats, cheeses, sauces, and garnishes!!! This is a hands-on charcuterie building class where you will learn a variety of ways to slice, roll, fold, design, and layout your signature charcuterie board. You will learn about a variety of cheese, meat, and accompaniments for your future charcuterie boards. Learn tips and tricks of charcuterie and cheese artistry and display with our resident subject matter expert. Wine and beer are available for $5 each. Must be 21 years of age to participate in the wine and beer offerings.
