This is an 8-week course that offers an integrative approach to personal health and wellness, focusing on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit. We will explore core nutrition principles, the role of complementary and integrative medicine, evidence-based strategies for balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health dimensions, the importance of exercise, coping with stress, improving sleep, creating and maintaining healthy relationships, and a concluding discussion about the importance of holistic health. We will develop personalized wellness plans and engage in self-assessment activities aimed at promoting long-term, sustainable well-being.
