Mosaic Tiling

This class will explore the use of found objects from all around us to create textural mosaic art. You will learn the basic how-tos of making mosaics — from choosing a substrate, to mixing mortar, to cutting materials, to creating a finished piece of art. All materials and tools supplied, but I encourage you to bring unusual stones, rocks, broken crockery, or other small items to use or share.
