What seems like some of the simplest cuisines often contain the most nuance and tacos are no different. We’ll cover handmade tortillas, salsas, proteins, garnishes, and more!

Students must be at least 17 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
