Learn magnificent techniques for making pasta by hand! This class will cover rolled and cut pastas like fettuccine and spaghetti and filled pastas like ravioli and agnolotti. 

Students must be at least 17 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
