This class will focus on the intricate pizza-making techniques of Naples, Italy. As a specific genre of pizza, the Neapolitan style evokes a particularly wonderful set of flavors, colors and aromas. Explore and experiment with what makes Neapolitan pizza special.

Students must be at least 17 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
