Professional kitchens have time and staff to use every dish in the kitchen, but it’s a different story at home. Work with Chef Chris to understand some unique approaches to make restaurant-quality meals in just one pot.

Students must be at least 17 years of age. The class cost includes a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
