Bread-making has surged in popularity over the last few years but still remains bewildering for many. This class will elucidate techniques and share tips for making consistently delightful bread at home.

Students must be at least 17 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
