Please arrive for class on time. This class will be taught with the traditional swish and spit tasting technique. Since you will be tasting 2 oz samples of 7-8 different wines, it is very important that all students understand that swallowing will result in an individual drinking about a half bottle of wine, or 2 1/2 glasses. Due to the inherent risks associated with the consumption of alcohol, the following rules will be enforced: 1) You must be 21 years of age or older. 2) Anyone who arrives visibly intoxicated will be immediately dismissed from the class and no refund issued. 3) Bring a water bottle, and drink lots of water. 4) Anyone who is visibly intoxicated at the end of class will have a Taxi called for them at the student's cost.
