Perfect for those new to cycling, this class introduces the basics of getting comfortable on your bike. We’ll cover how your bike works, proper riding posture, and answer common questions about equipment and setup. Please bring your own bike (all types welcome), helmet, water bottle, and riding shoes.
Michaela Johnson has been working on bikes for nearly as long as she has been riding them, with has about seven years of hands-on experience. She is passionate about empowering others, especially women, with the knowledge and confidence to maintain and repair their own bikes.
