In this class, you’ll learn proper grip and handling along with essential cuts like mincing, dicing, and julienning that you can use in everyday recipes. We’ll also cover how to choose the right knife, plus safety, care, and maintenance tips. Put your new skills into practice by preparing a fresh, healthy snack to enjoy in class. Please bring to-go containers for any leftovers.

Instructor Brian Rossiter brings a passion for cooking that goes beyond the everyday kitchen. With a wealth of experience and a love for both familiar and globally inspired dishes, he enjoys showing others just how fun, simple, and rewarding healthy cooking can be.
