Do you like music? Do you like to dance? Wouldn’t it be great to dance your way to fitness? Join us for Move & Groove Fitness for an energetic, in person class with options for all skill levels. Class includes 40 minutes of easy-to-follow cardio dance and 20 minutes of strength training. More than anything, it’s FUN, and isn’t that what exercise should be?
