Description for catalog: Students will become more knowledgeable about the homebuying process from start to finish. They will be introduced to the pros and cons of homeownership, learn how to qualify for a mortgage, and become familiar with the steps leading to a home purchase. With this course under their belts, they will encounter fewer surprises and experience greater confidence and overall success.
