Cabernet Sauvignon has earned its place as one of the world’s most celebrated red grapes. We’ll explore the iconic fruits, tannins, agings, and the regions that made it famous. Light pairings provided. 

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
