Ecstatic Dance Spring 2027 Session 2

« back to classes page
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform, conscious dance. This is a space to let go, to listen to your body, and to move exactly as you are - without choreography or expectation. Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to explore presence through movement, to release what no longer serves, and to reconnect with yourself and community through sound and rhythm.

This class meets every other week on 3/19,4/2,4/16, and 4/30.
