Cru Barbaresco Symposium

Please read:  Students must be 21 years or older and must bring ID to class.  Please arrive for class on time and bring a tasting glass. This class will be taught with the traditional swish and spit tasting technique. Since you will be tasting 2 oz samples of 7-8 different wines, it is very important that all students understand that swallowing will result in an individual drinking about a half bottle of wine, or 2 1/2 glasses. Due to the inherent risks associated with the consumption of alcohol, the following rules will be enforced: 1) You must be 21 years of age or older and you WILL BE CARDED. 2) Anyone who arrives visibly intoxicated will be immediately dismissed from the class and no refund issued. 3) Bring a water bottle, and drink lots of water. 4) Anyone who is visibly intoxicated at the end of class will have a Taxi called for them at the student's cost.
No substitutions - if your plans change, you must drop the class no later than 4 days before before to meet the refund deadline.
