Participants should bring at least four containers to take home leftovers or any unused ingredients.

Instructor Brian Rossiter brings a passion for cooking that goes beyond the everyday kitchen. With a wealth of experience and a love for both familiar and globally inspired dishes, he enjoys showing others just how fun, simple, and rewarding healthy cooking can be.
