Burgundy is legendary, layered, and sometimes a touch mysterious. We’ll unpack the region’s villages, vineyards, and classic grapes while tasting what makes these wines, and their terrior, so revered around the world. Dinner/pairings provided. 

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $60 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
