Merlot is plush, polished, and often far more interesting than its reputation sometimes suggests. We’ll dig into its soft textures, dark fruit, and role in some of the world’s most beloved blends. Light pairings provided.

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
