Celebrate the bubbles in this lively exploration of sparkling wine from classic Champagne-style bottles to fresh, playful alternatives. We’ll look at how sparkling wines are made and why they pair so well with nearly everything. Light pairings provided. 

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
