Introduction to Sushi

Build confidence with the basics of sushi including knife skills, ingredient selection, rice making, flavor chemistry and composition. This class provides a delicious overview of sashimi, nigiri, and maki (rolls). 

Students must be at least 17 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $50 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
