Grape Focus: Sangiovese Spring 2027

From Brunello di Montalcino to Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Sangiovese forms the backbone of many iconic Tuscan reds. Come sample some of Italy’s most widely planted grape variety. Light pairings provided.

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.

This class will take place in SB 334, the Albright Auditorium, on the Steamboat campus.
