Celebrate the bubbles in this lively exploration of sparkling wine from classic Champagne-style bottles to fresh, playful alternatives. We’ll look at how sparkling wines are made and why they pair so well with nearly everything. Dinner/pairings provided. 

Students must be at least 21 years of age. The class cost includes a non-refundable student course charge of $60 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
