Plant-Based Louisiana

« back to classes page
The Cajun and Creole dishes of Louisiana are a blend of a plethora of cultures native to Europe, Africa, and North America, a true American melting pot. This class reinvents them using nothing but whole, natural plant foods. You will prepare a healthy and incredibly delicious meal based on an eclectic assortment of recipes from around the world. Participants should bring at least four containers to take home leftovers or any unused ingredients.

Instructor Brian Rossiter brings a passion for cooking that goes beyond the everyday kitchen. With a wealth of experience and a love for both familiar and globally inspired dishes, he enjoys showing others just how fun, simple, and rewarding healthy cooking can be.
