A dynamic Pilates mat class designed for strength, flexibility, and coordination, while encouraging mindful and precise movement using the seven Pilates principles: concentration, control, centering, flow, precision, breath, and balance. This class integrates core strength, balance, and stability, while progressively challenging you with new exercises. Shelby Smith's Physical Therapy background influences her approach with a focus on injury preventions and movement rehab. No class 11/24 & 11/26
