Love, Loss and Grief

« back to classes page
For anyone who has experienced loss and is seeking a deeper understanding of grief and the healing process. Together, we will explore the connection between love and grief, the stages of grief, complicated mourning, and common feelings such as guilt. The class will also cover healthy and unhealthy grieving patterns, practical coping strategies, and guidance on when to seek additional support. Through open discussion and education, participants will gain tools to navigate grief with greater awareness, compassion, and resilience..
