The best people to contact about your class are the front desk of the campus offering the course. They are the most knowledgeable about all classes offered on the campus. You can find contact information for each campus on the "Contact Us" page.

I want to teach for CMC in the Community Education department
The best place to start is with the campus where you want to teach. Each of our 11 campuses offers different offerings, and they can work with you to see if your ideas are the right fit for CMC!


How do I print my transcript?
Sign in and select "My Transcript" from the left menu. In the upper left corner, there is an export link. Select the format you would like and print. 

How do I update my profile/contact information?
You may update your student profile at any time. After signing in, access the My Profile link to change any of the information. Click Edit at the bottom of the page. You may then edit any of the profile fields. When you are finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click Submit.


Refund Policies
Standard Refund Policy
Students must drop their course(s) three business days prior to the start of the class online or at a CMC campus in order to receive a refund. Any change to the registration less than three business days prior to the first day of class will result in no refund. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card. If payment was made by cash or ACH, the refund will only appear as a credit on your Community Education account. If a course is cancelled by CMC, a refund will be issued for credit card payments and a credit on the student account for cash and ACH payments. For any additional questions, please contact your local campus. 

Partial Refund Policy
Students must drop their course(s) three business days prior to the start of the class online or at a CMC campus in order to receive a refund. Only the tuition will be refunded for this course. All course fees in addition to tuition, such as materials, user, location, or service fees will not be refunded if the student drops or withdraws from the course at any time after registration. Any change to the registration less than three business days prior to the first day of class will result in no refund. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card. If payment was made by cash and ACH, the refund will only appear as a credit on your Community Education account. If a course is cancelled by CMC, a refund will be issued for credit card payments and a credit on the student account for cash and ACH payments. For any additional questions, please contact your local campus. 

Nonrefundable Policy
This course is not eligible for a refund. Class tuition and any additional fees are not eligible for a refund after payment is made online or at the campus.
