This course offers an introduction to these alternative approaches and how they may complement conventional veterinary care. You'll gain a foundational understanding of each method and their potential benefits for pets. While questions are welcome, please note this course does not provide individual medical advice.

Dr. Carsten brings nearly 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine, with a unique focus on integrative approaches that combine conventional and holistic care. He holds advanced degrees in veterinary medicine, microbiology, anatomy, and molecular biology, and is certified in veterinary acupuncture and canine rehabilitation. Dr. Carsten has developed and taught continuing education courses for veterinarians, contributed to professional conferences worldwide, and remains dedicated to individualized, patient-centered care using a wide range of healing modalities.
