Aikido is an effective, non-violent practice of peaceful conflict resolution. Students learn how to re-direct, neutralize, or avoid an attack altogether without harm to the attacker. Aikido principles are relevant to all types of conflict (not just physical) that we may encounter in our daily lives. Training takes place in a joyful and supportive environment, and is an excellent workout for Mind, Body, & Spirit! No experience or equipment required. All levels welcome.
