This course provides an introduction to the potter’s wheel. Students will learn the fundamentals of centering, pulling, and shaping clay to create basic forms such as bowls and mugs. Instruction emphasizes foundational techniques and skill development for continued study in ceramics.

This course will take place at the VSSA art studio in Minturn.
