Healthy Plant-Based Cooking

Learn how to prepare plant-based meals and beverages in this hands-on cooking course.  We will discuss how to buy healthy foods, the health benefits of the ingredients provided in the recipes, and how to stay healthy with the right nutrients to make foods healthier.  Participants should bring at least four containers to take home leftovers or any unused ingredients.

Instructor Brian Rossiter brings a passion for cooking that goes beyond the everyday kitchen.  With a wealth of experience and a love for both familiar and globally inspired dishes, he enjoys showing others just how fun, simple, and rewarding healthy cooking can be.
