Yoga for Health and Wellness for all ages and abilities with a focus on posture, core strength & stability. We’ll focus on joint range of motion, bone health, stability, and balance. Modifications and variations will be offered. Props include chairs, walls, hands, weights, resistance bands, blocks, mats, and other similar items.
This class will meet in person on the Steamboat campus and be available online. You will be emailed a link to access your class before your first class, please be sure you provide a current email address.
There will be NO CLASS on 3/11 during spring break.
