Learn how to piece quilt blocks - patchwork, applique, tee-shirts, and quilted pillows. Get acquainted with fabrics, batting and what to use for backing. Sally Melia will share her enthusiasm, quilting books, and years of sewing experience to help you. Some sewing machines provided, but it is recommended that students bring their own sewing machine and get help learning how to use it. Bring your own scissors, pins and thread. No class on 7/24.
