Start with simple Qigong movements to warm-up, energize, and harmonize energy flow. Learn some Tai Chi movements that prepare students for the Tai Chi Chang 24 Form. This slow, graceful and gentle practice will improve balance, flexibility, and muscle tone, while promoting relaxation and focus. No prior experience necessary.
