This Abyssinian regional culinary journey will include Doro wot - a rich chicken stew that is the Ethiopian national dish; Siga wot - a beef stew with berbre spice; Fossolia - veggies with turmeric, garlic and ginger; Shiro wot - chickpea stew; and Misre kik alicha - a yellow split pea stew. Etenish Bartley is an Ethiopian American who has been preparing and serving her amazing Ethiopian food in the Roaring Fork Valley for 16 years. No same day registration for this class.
