Bright, zesty, herbal, tropical, minerality - Sauvignon Blanc can be many things at once. This class explores the grape’s refreshing range and the regions that bring out its most distinctive personalities. Light pairings provided. 

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.
