Grape Focus: Chardonnay Fall 2026

From crisp and mineral to rich and buttery, Chardonnay is one of wine’s great shape-shifters. We’ll taste through contrasting styles and learn how climate, oak, and winemaking choices transform the glass. Light pairings provided.

Students must be at least 21 years of age. There is a non-refundable student course charge of $10 to be paid to CMC for consumable materials for this class.

This class will take place in the dining room just outside of the culinary kitchen, SB 308, on the Steamboat campus.
